Spreadsheet

I used Microsoft Excel to create this spreadsheet and used Excel to create the graph representing the data in the spreadsheet. This shows us the grades of five students on five quizzes that they took. I also used the formulas already on Excel to find the rounded average of each individual student over the five quizzes. Then, I used other formulas also already on Excel to add up the sum of all over the students over each quiz and the average of all the students from each quiz. The purpose is to help me, the teacher, see the results the students are getting. This will allow me to see which students need the most help, and which students are clearly understanding the information. If the average on a quiz is very low, then I know I need to go back over the information because the students probably did not understand it. If the average is good, then I know the students understood the information, and we can move on. Using Excel spreadsheets and graphs can be very helpful to see the data from quizzes, tests, or any other grades.
